Job description

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.

Ability to create and execute content ideas for short videos, Reels, TikTok, and Facebook, including basic scripting and filming using mobile devices.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads (Search Ads), including keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion intent.

Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, SEO, or landing page optimization is an added advantage.

Able to write simple, engaging ad copy; bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.

Comfortable preparing clear performance reports and presenting insights.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.

Willing to take ownership of results and continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns.

Responsibility

Meta Ads Management & Data Analysis

  • Full Hands‑on Operation: Manage Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) independently.

  • Campaign Execution: Build and manage full account structures (Campaign / Ad Set / Ad) for various objectives including Leads, Messages, Traffic, and Conversions.

  • Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.

  • Data‑Driven Decisions: Identify high‑performing creative and audiences; provide actionable optimization suggestions and testing plans based on data.

Content Creation & Production

  • Creative Ideation: Brainstorm fresh content ideas for Short Videos, Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Scripting: Plan simple video storyboards focusing on the Hook, Value Content, and Call‑to‑Action (CTA).

  • Execution: Lead or participate in mobile filming sessions (high production value is not required; focus is on effective content).

Google Marketing (Ads & Basic SEO)

  • Google Ads Operation: Manage Search Ads, including keyword research, match types, and bidding strategies.

  • Conversion Focus: Understand high‑intent vs. low‑intent search terms and identify which services are best suited for Google platforms.

  • Bonus Skills: Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversion Tracking, or basic SEO/Landing Page optimization is a strong plus.

Marketing Support & Collaboration

  • Operations: Assist in testing ad creatives and writing simple, engaging copy (bilingual in Mandarin/English is preferred).

  • Reporting: Prepare clear and logical ad performance reports.

  • Team Alignment: Work closely with the management and team to align on goals; we value someone who takes ownership of the results, not just "setting up the ads."
