The role manages social media advertising, CRM/drip programs, and ensures alignment with global campaign guidelines. A key focus is agency management for media buying and creative execution, with oversight of performance and strategic direction. This position reports to the Head of Digital Strategy (operationally dotted line to Senior Digital Partner – Channel).
