Job Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for onboarding and offboarding, and ensure documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• To implement appropriate human resource strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
• Ensure proper storage, management, and retrieval of HR files, contracts, and agreements.
• Support compliance with local labour laws and organizational standards.
• To handle employees’ grievance and managing day-to-day human resource issues of employee relations.
• Work with various teams within the company to handle and resolve ad-hoc requests or enquiries.
Job Requirements
• Possess a Degree in the field of Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition as well as generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HRMS software.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent time management skills, multi-task and prioritize work.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
