Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning:Work closely with the sales & development team to develop project plans, including scope/requirement, proposal, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Team Management:Lead and motivate project teams. Conduct weekly WIP meeting to provide guidance and direction to team members; identify and solve existing and potential blockers.
  • Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Quality Assurance:Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes from the QA team to ensure that software meets the specified requirements and standards.
  • Communication & Engagement:Maintain regular communication/engagement with clients/outsource parties/internal members to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Budget Control:Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making sure that projects stay within the allocated financial limits and timeline.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Possess good leadership, good experience of project management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time well, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple urgent tasks efficiently.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 7 to 9 years of working experience Development/Project Management or relevant discipline.
  • This position requires Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Project Management or related professions.
