You will be engaged with training, competence‑based task, opportunities on job rotations and mentoring by our skilled engineers, technical coaches and leaders.

Requirements of this programme

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering and other related courses with first class CGPA result.
• Graduated within the last 18 months.
• Actively involved in extracurricular activities at school and university level.
• Strong project management & leadership skills, detail‑oriented, organized, problem‑solver, time management and great communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to confidently interact with people of all cultures and at all levels.
• Exceptional in English both speaking and writing skills.
