Responsibilities

• Oversee overall construction site management: Monitor the progress, quality, safety, and cost of civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead M&E and Civil Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team, coordinating interfaces such as pipe and conduit pre‑embedding, foundation reservations, equipment access routes, and installation interfaces to ensure seamless construction integration.
• Technical Review and Problem‑Solving: Review construction methodologies and drawings, resolve complex on‑site technical issues, and manage engineering change orders to ensure the smooth achievement of project objectives.
