A leading optical components supplier in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to manage production tasks within a team. The ideal applicant should have a diploma or degree and at least 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and management. Responsibilities include ensuring quality production, handling emergencies, and leading team activities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for liaising with headquarters and managing production effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing and management.
- Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Ensure timely completion of production tasks with focus on quality.
- Handle emergencies and maintain detailed records.
- Convey instructions and mobilize enthusiasm in team meetings.
- Inspect the production line and respond to anomalies.
