Job summary

A global leader in engineered materials is seeking an individual to manage and perform internal audits for QMS ISO 9001 compliance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least one year of QMS experience, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will also involve coordinating external audits and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities. The position offers a dynamic work environment and growth opportunities in a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Managing and performing internal audit for QMS ISO 9001 to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage the audit from external parties including checklist responses and logistics.
• Managing the process compliance audit and reporting.
• Follow-up with teams on corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of non-conformities.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard requirements

Preferably with minimum 1 year of QMS experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field

• Managing the process compliance audit and reporting.
• Follow‑up with cross‑functional team on the corrective and preventive actions to ensure closure of non‑conformities.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
