A Malaysian palm oil cultivation company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Chief of Operations (COO). The role includes high-level administrative duties, calendar management, and travel coordination. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with clients. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing team.
Providing high-level administrative and personal support to the CHIEF OF OPERATIONS (COO).
Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Assist in organizing both business and selected personal activities as assigned.
Accompany the COO on business trips and provide on-site support as needed.
Assist with personal errands and family-related logistics when requested.
Assist the COO in research, data analysis, and managing special projects.
Maintain strict confidentiality and display a high level of professionalism at all times.
Support ad hoc tasks as assigned.
