Job summary

A Malaysian palm oil cultivation company is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Chief of Operations (COO). The role includes high-level administrative duties, calendar management, and travel coordination. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHIEF OF OPERATIONS (COO)

Providing high-level administrative and personal support to the CHIEF OF OPERATIONS (COO).

Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.

Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

Assist in organizing both business and selected personal activities as assigned.

Accompany the COO on business trips and provide on-site support as needed.

Assist with personal errands and family-related logistics when requested.

Assist the COO in research, data analysis, and managing special projects.

Maintain strict confidentiality and display a high level of professionalism at all times.

Support ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Well-versed communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
