Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties like preparing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, procurement and assist in day to day operations.
  • Handle recruitment processes such as drafting job advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Manage employee records, personal files and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Administer training and development programs including scheduling courses, tracking completions and providing certifications
  • Process employee claims related to medical, insurance and other benefits in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organizational, time management and communication skills
