Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing critical power solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for a newly established setup in Ipoh, building the HR foundation and ensuring all people-related processes run effectively from the ground up.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, with primary focus on hiring engineers and corporate office staff in the Perak region.
  • Develop and roll out key HR policies and structure during the first 6–12 months, aligning with the company’s growth roadmap.
  • Support and partner with leadership on talent management initiatives, compensation & benefits planning, and HR systems implementation.
  • Coordinate with the external payroll provider during the transition period, ensuring timely and accurate payroll support and the eventual internal takeover.
  • Drive the deployment of a new HR system (or upgrade of an existing one) and embed efficient HR operations and practices across the organisation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations within the manufacturing industry.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with both local teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Currently based in, or deeply familiar with, the hiring landscape in Ipoh/Perak region.
  • Experience in implementing or managing HR system roll-outs is highly advantageous.
  • Willing to work in Bota, Perak.
