Job summary
A reputable HR firm in Malacca is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The successful candidate will oversee payroll and compliance, handle employee relations, and support performance management processes. A strong background in HR operations and a Master's degree in Human Resources are preferred. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and familiarity with statutory matters related to employment.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on HR Operations & Generalist background.
- Familiarity with compensation & benefits, payroll, statutory matters.
- Experience in compliance-heavy industries.
Responsibilities
- Comfortable cascading and operating HR tasks assigned by the Head of HR.
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for the institution.
- Oversee payroll, employment matters, and HR compliance.
- Support and improve performance management processes.
- Handle employee relations, investigations, and escalation cases.

- Familiarity with compensation & benefits, payroll, statutory matters (including expatriate compliance)
- Experience in compliance-heavy industries
- Able to manage a team and act as the single point of contact for the HR Head
- Master's degree in Human Resources (added advantage)
- Background in law/legal studies (added advantage)
