  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, or digital marketing industries.
  • Familiar with fast‑paced work environments and campaign‑based operations.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and HR documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning
    • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for e‑commerce related roles such as live hosts, content creators, marketing executives, and operations staff.
    • Monitor manpower needs based on campaign schedules, sales periods, and client demands.
    • Coordinate hiring timelines to support peak seasons, promotions, and livestream campaigns.
    • Manage recruitment platforms, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Prepare onboarding documentation including offer letters, contracts, and staff records.
    • Conduct onboarding briefings covering job scope, working schedules, KPIs, and company policies.
    • Coordinate system access (Google Drive, Calendar, internal tools) for new hires.
    • Manage offboarding processes and ensure all access is revoked on the employee’s final working day.
  • HR Administration & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in the company shared drive.
    • Organize HR files with proper naming conventions for easy reference.
    • Support preparation of confirmation letters, promotion letters, disciplinary notices, and HR reports.
    • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and candidate data.
  • Work Schedule & Attendance Coordination
    • Manage centralized work schedules for e‑commerce teams including livestream hosts, content teams, and operations staff.
    • Coordinate shift arrangements during campaigns, sales events, and peak periods.
    • Track attendance, leave records, and schedule adjustments.
    • Ensure schedule changes are approved and properly documented.
  • Internal Communication & Staff Coordination
    • Handle official HR communications via email and designated messaging platforms.
    • Serve as a coordination point between staff, team leads, and management on HR matters.
    • Assist in resolving basic employee queries related to schedules, policies, and documentation.
  • Performance & KPI Support
    • Assist management in tracking staff KPIs related to sales campaigns, livestream performance, and productivity.
    • Support documentation for probation reviews, confirmations, and performance discussions.
    • Maintain records related to incentives, commissions, and attendance‑based rewards.
  • Compliance & Company Policy
    • Ensure HR operations comply with internal policies and Malaysian employment regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality of HR records and recruitment data.
    • Support disciplinary procedures and documentation when required.
  • Workplace Safety & Scam Awareness
    • Assist in educating staff on online scam awareness, impersonation risks, and data protection.
    • Report suspicious activities to management promptly.
    • Support workplace safety documentation and basic compliance checks.
