Job summary

A reputable HR firm in Malacca is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The successful candidate will oversee payroll and compliance, handle employee relations, and support performance management processes. A strong background in HR operations and a Master's degree in Human Resources are preferred. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and familiarity with statutory matters related to employment.

  • Experience in compliance-heavy industries.

  • Comfortable cascading and operating HR tasks assigned by the Head of HR.

  • Handle employee relations, investigations, and escalation cases.
