Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hires.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with labor laws.
  • Liaise with government authorities and support union-related activities if applicable.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist in audits and statutory reporting.
  • Manage documentation, permits, and renewals for foreign workers.

Requirements
