Job description

The candidate will be assisting with maintaining daily operations of Dexcom Penang’s HR Department by performing general administrative duties related to employee relations and additional tasks assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities
  • You will support the employee relations team from the human resources department by managing employee relations documentation, coordinating Human Resources programs and providing administrative assistance for department.
  • You will handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • You will support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and company events.
  • You are expected to prepare HR reports, documentation, and maintain HR metrics.
  • You will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
  • You must possess a Diploma / Degree and if you are Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • You must have good communication skills.
  • You are expected to be familiar with HR software and databases (Workday).
  • You bring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
