A leading financial institution in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Human Resources professional to manage talent acquisition, staff performance, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate holds a recognized degree and is proficient in English. Responsibilities include conducting HR policy research, managing performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Conducts research, review and development of HR related policies to ensure compliance with the internal policies and external regulatory provisions.
Responsible for the review, action plans and submission of impact analysis following implementation of new regulatory provisions.
Preparation of Board Papers for submission and approval.
Review, coordinates and prepares written documents and reply to queries in relation to HCM's policies and procedures.
Handles the periodic reports and reviews of HCM's risk management, controls and compliance.
Performs salary benchmarking, surveys for PBB and the analysis of the survey results.
