  • Contribute to HR strategies and actions regarding talent needs and recruiting methodologies.
  • Advise management on talent matters to drive employee engagement and workforce planning.
  • Assess management capabilities and drive business development opportunities.
  • Mentor managers and guide Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities.
  • Participate in site and corporate projects and process improvements.
  • Manage the employee life cycle activities including onboarding and exit processes.
