Executive Summary

Recruitment Consultant is a crucial position for PERSOLKELLY as a service provider in HR solutions, especially our recruitment services. The position is required to provide top-tier recruitment consultancy to our clients, including but not limited to candidate search, employer branding, interview coordination, package negotiation etc.

Job Description
  • Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships.
  • Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs.
  • Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities.
  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates.
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals, and social media.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview).
  • Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation / advice.
  • Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients.
Requirements / Qualification
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in the HR / Recruitment field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
