A Human Resources Generalist role with a strong focus on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including workforce planning, employer branding, and system enhancements. The role also contributes to Learning & Organization Development, driving impactful development strategies to grow employee capabilities and support business success.

Job Functions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding).
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs (onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and ROI analysis.
  • Oversee employee relations and address any workplace issues or grievances.
  • Assist in policy development, HR process improvements, and compliance-related initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring legal adherence and fostering a positive work environment.
Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5 years proven experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
