A leading supplier of building materials in Selangor is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. This role involves managing payroll, administering employee benefits, and supporting the implementation of HR policies. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and communication skills, alongside proficiency in Workday and SAP. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a competitive compensation structure and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in using HR systems such as Workday and SAP.
Responsabilités
- Manage and process employee movements, ensuring accurate payroll updates.
- Administer monthly payroll and employee benefits.
- Support the implementation and review of compensation and benefits policies.
