A leading hospitality establishment in Malaysia is inviting candidates for the role of Accounts Executive. The successful applicant will manage daily operations of the Accounts Department, including preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. This position offers a chance to contribute to financial accuracy and organizational success.
Formación
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Responsabilidades
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements for audit purposes.
Review and reconcile accounts, handle invoice billing, and process payments to external partners.
Maintain updated and organized records of invoices, receipts, and related financial documents.
Work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information.
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow projections.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
