A hospitality establishment in Penang is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network devices. The role involves assisting various departments, including the Front Office and Housekeeping, with IT-related matters. Candidates should have experience with Property Management Systems and basic network troubleshooting. Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting computers, printers, and network devices.
- Proficiency in installing and updating software applications.
- Ability to assist with Property Management Systems.

- Troubleshoot and support various IT-related issues.
- Assist departments with IT matters.
- Monitor and escalate network stability issues.

- Assist with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, eZee, Fidelio, or similar.
- Support Point of Sales (POS) systems for restaurants and cafés.
- Help with keycard systems, phone systems (PABX), CCTV, Wi-Fi, and guest internet services.
- Basic troubleshooting of LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Monitor network stability and escalate to vendors when needed.
- Support Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Sales for any IT‑related matters.
- Work closely with vendors for system troubleshooting.
