Job summary

Qualifications

Job description
What you'll be doing
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts through effective negotiations.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues.
  • Providing regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management team.
  • Mentoring and coaching the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that drive sales.
  • Sales Targets – To achieve sales targets allocated by Senior Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Market Coverage – To effectively cover the market according to territory and types of customers allocated, namely corporate clients, clubs and associations, government, semi‑government, embassies, etc.
  • Sales Calls – To conduct personal sales calls to a minimum of six companies each day in order to establish and maintain a strong base of accounts, and make telephone calls to at least five clients each day to maintain contracts.
  • Customer Rapport – To build strong rapport with key accounts and provide efficient service to maintain business support.
  • Keep track of information that is likely to affect our target markets and new business.
  • Sales Reports – To ensure reports requested by Senior Director of Sales & Marketing are properly prepared and submitted on time.
  • Quotation & Follow‑Up – To ensure quotations for customer enquiries are prepared and sent promptly and followed up accordingly to close the sale.
  • Others – To assist Senior Director of Sales & Marketing in work related to Sales & Marketing when requested, handling delegated work independently and efficiently until completion.
