What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and securing contracts through effective negotiations.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues.
- Providing regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management team.
- Mentoring and coaching the sales team to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that drive sales.
- Sales Targets – To achieve sales targets allocated by Senior Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Market Coverage – To effectively cover the market according to territory and types of customers allocated, namely corporate clients, clubs and associations, government, semi‑government, embassies, etc.
- Sales Calls – To conduct personal sales calls to a minimum of six companies each day in order to establish and maintain a strong base of accounts, and make telephone calls to at least five clients each day to maintain contracts.
- Customer Rapport – To build strong rapport with key accounts and provide efficient service to maintain business support.
- Keep track of information that is likely to affect our target markets and new business.
- Sales Reports – To ensure reports requested by Senior Director of Sales & Marketing are properly prepared and submitted on time.
- Quotation & Follow‑Up – To ensure quotations for customer enquiries are prepared and sent promptly and followed up accordingly to close the sale.
- Others – To assist Senior Director of Sales & Marketing in work related to Sales & Marketing when requested, handling delegated work independently and efficiently until completion.
What we're looking for
- Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in sales and telemarketing in the hotel industry.
- Proven track record of achievement in sales.
- Dynamic, dedicated, independent and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possess valid driving license and own transport.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
