The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in a relevant field and have 1-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include creating original content and analyzing marketing data. - 1-2 years of working experience, familiar with Social Media and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
Responsabilités
- Manage content across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Handle ad placements and track performance for Facebook Ads, Shopee Ads.
- Plan, create, and publish original content including graphics and videos.
- Support marketing operations on platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
- Optimize customer experience for web content display.
Connaissances
Formation
Possess Diploma or higher in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Admin or other related field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience & familiar operation in Social Media platforms or ecommerce platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, communications and interpersonal skill.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Familiarity with AI Tools, graphic design and video editing tools.
Proficiency in English and Malay languages
Able to host Live or do social media video will be added credit.

- Manage content and operations across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Handle ad placements and track performance (e.g., Facebook Ads, Shopee Ads)
- Plan, create, and publish original content, including graphics, copy, and videos
- Support marketing efforts and operations on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada
- Responsible for optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of web content display.
- Analyze marketing data and continuously optimize campaign performance
- Maintain and update website content
- Manage the brand’s online presence and ensure consistency across all digital assets
- Assist in executing additional marketing strategies, such as event promotions and product launches
- Any other jobs or assignment that may be assigned accordingly at the discretion of the company.
