Job description

We are looking for an Executive (Marketing) to join our Bancassurance team in the Retail Business. In this role, you will manage and develop renewal accounts, support business growth in line with our bancassurance strategy, ensure strong renewal retention, and identify opportunities for cross‑selling. You will also provide service support to both bank partners and customers, helping to maintain and strengthen key relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve performance targets for both new and renewal business.
  • Implement bancassurance strategies and action plans, including campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide professional marketing support and customer service, including branch visits, product/campaign briefings, and handling customer enquiries or complaints.
  • Support cross‑selling efforts and achieve assigned targets.
  • Build strong working relationships with Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and Sales Managers at CIMB Consumer Banking.
  • Follow through credit control workflow on premium collection and CBC compliance and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Monitor and follow‑up outstanding issues for policy issuance and notify CIMB Consumer Banking branches of discrepancies and follow‑up on the amendments if any.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks/assignments assigned from time to time.
