The ideal candidate should have experience in IT-related hardware, especially printers, and be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Responsibilities include installation and troubleshooting at customer sites, servicing machinery, training users, and supporting the sales team. Responsibilities

• Installation and troubleshooting printers and related finishing equipment at customer site.
• Service and repair machineries to smoothen customer manufacturing process.
• Train users to be proficient in daily operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Support sales team in pre-sales of equipment.
• Complete all relevant technical reports on time and in a professional manner.
