To support our expansion, we are seeking well-qualified individual to join our dynamic team as

Sales Support (Based in Malaysia Penang-Batu Kawan)

Reporting to Inside Sales Manager, you shall be responsible for coordinating all sales activities and enquiries, interfacing with HQ personnel, representatives and distributors through a variety of duties.

Responsibilities
  • Rendering support to the Regional Sales Team, US Inside Sales Team for US customer orders, and SEA orders.
  • Maintain and expand existing business by nurturing and developing current accounts.
  • Interfacing with customers on quotation, sales terms, lead time, sales order and shipping schedule.
  • Follow up on quotes to close deals or identify reasons for lost orders.
  • Review and accept sales contracts, including managing changes and expediting requests.
  • Manage customer accounts receivables to ensure smooth order placement and delivery.
  • Process order entry or goods return.
  • Accurately input required information into the corporate database.
  • Raise sample requisition for customers.
  • Attend to customers’ queries, complaints, returns and feedback.
  • Generating and updating sales report/forecast and shipping schedule.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field (Fresh graduate encouraged to apply)
  • Strong written/oral communication skill in English is necessary.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skill, attention to detail and effectively manage inquiries from initiation to successful resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks effectively and complete prioritized tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently with verbal and written instructions, and perform under pressure.
  • Possess maturity, a good team player and good communication skill with a positive approach towards satisfying customers’ needs & requirements.
