Responsibilities

• Measure and take off quantities from drawings;
• Support project cost control, check and analyse actual usage of project material against claimed quantities;
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, material budgets, and tender documents;
• Assist with valuations, progress claims, and final accounts;
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients;
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Contract Manager.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Good in MS Office and MS Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
