Job description

Leasing Executive Executive (Shopping Mall)

Assist in planning and implementing leasing activities.

Identify suitable tenants and initiate discussion with potential tenants.

Negotiate the lease, finalize rental and other terms and conditions.

Ensure all the tenants follow the lease term.

Conduct market research to keep up with market trends.

Follow up through execution to the opening of store.

Resolve any tenants’ concerns and issues immediately.

Prepare, update and maintain all leasing documentation.

Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall.

Monitor all new and existing tenancy document activities to keep them up-to-date and completed on time.

Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transaction.

Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements.

Manage tenancy related matters such as rental, utilities collection and tenancy renewals.

Maintain a good rapport with new and existing tenants.

Job Requirement

Diploma/Degree in Leasing/Marketing/Estate Management/Property Management/Retail/Business Administration or related disciplines.

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in retail mall leasing.

Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.

Well known in Microsoft office excel, word & power point.

Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful and disciplined.

Candidate shall be proactive, positively motivated, a good team player, have strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good written and spoken in English. Able to communicate in multi-languages will be an added advantage.
