Job Description - Manager, Investment Operation (250000IF)

The individual will be a key member of the team, responsible for providing ongoing BAU support, including data management, maintenance of SG’s Accounting Book of Records (ABOR), which serves as the golden source of data for Risk, Performance Measurement & Attribution Analysis, Investment Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Management Reporting. The role also includes maintenance of SG’s Investment Book of Records (IBOR) to complement ABOR.

• Monitor Investment Systems’ job statistics, resolve data errors, and handle process exceptions.
• Perform daily quality checks to ensure the consistency and integrity of data interfaced into GE’s Investment Systems.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data to meet month-end closing deadlines.
• Enrich Eagle to capture LGI derivatives’ TnC.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and ad-hoc projects.

• Hold a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Have 3 to 8 years of experience in data management and/or performance measurement, attribution, reporting, and analysis. Preferably with relevant experience in asset management and/or sovereign wealth fund related industry.
• Possess expertise in data management and analytics, with an appreciation of how data is used for performance measurement, attribution, and risk.
• Are proficient in MS Excel/VBA; SQL/Python or other coding skills are strongly favored.
• Can work under pressure and tight timelines, and are comfortable adapting to changes.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, capable of leading projects, engaging with, and coaching team members.
