Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing sector seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee their hiring processes, managing both local and expatriate recruitment, ensuring compliance and effective onboarding. Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the complete talent acquisition & management processes for Direct Labor (DL) within the organization. This encompasses job postings, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, hiring, confirming employment, salary adjustments, promotions, job transfers, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and government bodies for recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
  • Prepare and analyze hiring and attrition reports at all organizational levels.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Manage and oversee foreign migrant workers and expatriate (EP/PVP) management and to collaborate with external service providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of foreign migrant workers and expatriates (EP/PVP).
  • Manage the entire employee’s transportation system, including monthly inspections, addressing transport-related employee complaints, and ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Represent the HR Department during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude..
  • Experience in handling mass hirings highly advantageous
