Finance & Controlling Trainee – Your future Position?

Are you a young individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks with competing priorities? Then here is an exciting, multi-faceted role for you.

You will be part of local Finance team for managing all finance and controlling activities covering financial reporting (group and statutory), local compliance report, Trade Affair, Indirect Tax etc. You will be working actively with various stakeholders and supporting Finance Manager to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting and control, including Group and Statutory reporting
  • Financial and Management Accounting as well as Government and regulatory reporting
  • Managerial or tax reporting and analysis
  • Manage local trade affair compliance matters
  • Assist in checking of compliance with internal procedure and controls
  • Support local management in the development and analysis of business plans and cost savings opportunities, etc.
  • Collaborate and business partnering with shared services, regional finance team and local cross functional team
  • Undertake finance related projects as assigned

Your professional profile includes:

  • A degree in Business, Accounting or Finance and/or relevant professional qualification
  • Min 3-5 years related experience
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • SAP FI/CO is a plus
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Travel mobility between Givaudan affiliate sites for assigned projects
  • Willing to relocate for overseas assignments
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and committed to continuous personal development
  • Ability to reach high quality standards, attention to detail and respect deadlines
