A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full cycle of indirect labor recruitment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring recruitment processes align with company standards. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates with a degree and three years of relevant recruiting experience, particularly in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Indirect Labor Recruitment.
  • Experience in manufacturing or high volume hiring preferred.
  • Ability to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full cycle of Indirect Labor recruiting processes.

Recruits for open requisitions as assigned by the direct manager. Collaborates with hiring managers and HRBP to attract and identify top talent to Celestica, following the Global and Local processes to comply with certifications and bring the best experience to our internal and external clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive full cycle of Indirect Laborrecruiting processes(Entry level to Mid Managerial Hirings)
  • Conduct Intake calls with Hiring Manager to understand job requirement,
  • Sourcing/headhunting, screening & short-listing, Coordinating interviews,
  • Salary proposal preparation & offer management up to the point of on-boarding"
  • Work closely with HRBP/Hiring Managers regarding job openings to ensure that job specifications, desired qualification and expectation are aligned and clear before sourcing
  • Provide excellent customer service and continuously communicating with HRBPs & hiring managers for interview feedback, fine tune search direction
  • Providetimely updates on hiring and headcount progress.
  • Able to put into practice best in class recruitment including passive candidate sourcing utilizing hiring tools/systems..
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Planning & organizing of related Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives i.e. Walk In Interviews, Career Fair event, Fresh Graduate Hiring Program etc.
  • Sound knowledge of government legislation impacting the practice of human resources management.
  • Administer Government Incentive Programs that are related to New Hires (Penjana, Jamin Kerja, My Next)
Requirements
  • Degree in any disciplinary with 3 years & above of hands-onexperience in Indirect LaborRecruitment
  • Experience in manufacturing or other high volume hiring environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • In-depth working experience in utilising recruitment platforms eg: JobStreet & LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Success Factors Recruitment System will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work with all levels

  • Work Location: Lot 1, Airport Logistics Park, Senai International Airport, 81250 Johor Bahru, Johor
    (Hybrid work arrangement can be further discussed during interviews)

  • Working Days / Hours:8am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays)
