Job responsibilities:
- To complete the computation of salary (indirect and direct) before the 20th of each month.
- To complete the statutory payment on time, e.g., EPF, SOCSO, income tax, etc.
- To assist the responsible HR manager in monitoring employees' compliance with company rules and regulations and policies as well as enforcement.
- To update employees' data and proper filling of administration.
- To recruit operators as requested from the production department and conduct interviews in order to get the right candidate.
- To ensure that factory, office and hostel are well maintain
- To control and monitor foreign workers' passports, work permits, COM, insurance guarantees, FOMEMA, and foreign workers' compensation scheme expiring dates to avoid penalties.
- To identify training needs, coordinate training, perform assessments, and support professional development.
- To assist with performance evaluations and processes.
- To ensure good housekeeping within the organization.
- To liaise with government officials on government matters.
- Assist in training and development planning, TNA exercises, and implementation tracking.
- To carry out tasks as assigned by the department head as and when required.
Authority
- Allow to maintain TMS and Payroll system and allow to liaise with service provider
- To represent the company of application of foreign worker matters.
- Authorized Representative for immigration transactions—calling visa, PLKS, check-out memo, etc.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Level or equivalent
- Certificate in Human Resources/Business Administration/Business Studies and/or
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing
- Assertive & confident to take on new challenges.
- Organized, results oriented & initiative
- Able to work with all levels, communicate, & work with all levels.
- Ability to manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
