Qualifications
- 5–8 years' experience in audit, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
- MIA membership preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of financial records, policies, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
- Prepare management and board reports, financial statements, and due diligence materials.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
