Job description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting function and support the company’s strategic growth. The role oversees financial planning, governance, and operational excellence while ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis for business growth.
  • Drive improvements in gross profit, cash flow, and working capital management.
  • Develop financial dashboards and KPIs to guide commercial decision‑making, outlet expansion, product strategy, pricing, and promotional decisions.
  • Analyze outlet‑level P&L, margins, shrinkage, and operational performance.
  • Perform investment appraisal, feasibility studies, ROI analysis for outlet openings and capital investments.
  • Oversee accounting activities, month‑end closing and audit coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Implement strong internal controls to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation.
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities across outlet and analyze shrinkage, wastage, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Team development and leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline, standardize, and automate finance processes (AP, AR, inventory, reporting and accounting systems).
  • Any other ad hoc assignment as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ finance and accounting experience, preferably with strong retail or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Strong command of P&L management, costing and cash flow.
  • Leadership capability with hands‑on operational experience.
  • Analytical, precise and confident in influencing commercial outcomes.
