A leading insurance company in Kluang is seeking an individual to recruit and support agents, focusing on customer satisfaction and effective management of claims and renewals. The role includes organizing sales activities to enhance production and brand awareness while conducting product training. Candidates must be customer-focused and capable of utilizing technology for task simplification. This position offers a chance to impact business growth significantly.
Qualificações
- Strong focus on customer service and prompt responses.
- Ability to use ChatGPT for task simplification.
Responsabilidades
- Recruit and provide technical support to agents.
- Identify and explore growth areas in the business portfolio.
- Monitor business retention and ensure policy renewals.
- Manage agent profitability and compliance.
- Follow up with agents on outstanding claims monthly.
- Organize sales activities to increase agent production.
- Conduct product training for agents.
Conhecimentos
Recruit & provide technical support to agents.
Identify and explore potential growth area in allocated business portfolio and promote cross selling.
Monitor and ensure business retention. For renewal policy, ensure all policies are renewed other than decline risk.
Manage agent’s profitability and compliance.
Manage and follow up with agents on all outstanding claims on monthly basis.
Organized sales activities/road show to increase agent’s production and publicized Allianz’s branding to create awareness of public.
Conduct product training to agents.
Guiding Marketing Assistant to train new agents and handling some daily routine jobs.
- Customer focused and prompt in handling their matters
- Familiar with the use of ChatGPT for task simplification
