Responsible to manage the overall production activities in production department to ensure efficient production output of highest quality that meet customer expectation by effective utilization of resources available.
Responsibilities:
To plan, coordinate and organize required resources to meet planned production schedules.
Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all production processes comply with food safety regulations, including FSSC22000, Halal, GMP, HACCP standards and etc.
To continuously review and monitor of operating results in order to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization to reduce waste
To ensure production yield and productivity are met with set target with minimum processing cost and timely corrective actions are taken as and when necessary.
To maintain product standards through training, awareness programs and high level of housekeeping exercises.
To initiate trouble shooting to resolve problems arising from production.
To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the F&B Manufacturing industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to optimize production efficiency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional and various countries teams
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is a must as working languages due to communication purpose with China headquarters.
