Skills
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the entire manufacturing process in our Stretch Film manufacturing plant.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop production plans, set schedules, and manage resource allocation (labor, materials).
Budgeting: Estimate costs, negotiate budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
Quality Control: Determine and enforce quality standards for all manufactured goods.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage production staff, fostering peak efficiency.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to workflows and production techniques.
Maintenance: Organize routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery.
Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with buyers, sales, marketing, and other departments to align production with business goals.
