Manager Production jobs in Malaysia

To plan production schedule on a weekly basis.

Support the Factory Manager, provides day to day management of the production worker, including coaching, supervision, scheduling and development.

Support the Factory Manager to monitor production output, minimizing down time and maximizing production capacity utilization.

Monitor production schedules and efficiency to achieve 100% on-time delivery.

Oversee quality control throughout the production process to prevent food safety issue and minimize non-conformance during audits.

Resolve quality issues raised in audits or customer complaints in short span of time.

Monitor and control material inventory up to materials consumption rate and avoid excess materials & storage costs

Report to the Factory Manager on production activities, output and efficiency, as well as intercompany billing, carry out ad hoc activities within time frames set.

Further study and reduce the waste and cost of production.

To ensure that all production procedures and safety policies are strictly adhered to by workers.

To ensure that 4M: Manpower, Machine, Material, Methods, are well prepared and implementing.

Enhance the 5S and Safety at workplaces.

Carry out Stock take on every month end.

Candidate must possess at least aDiploma / Degree in Food Science and experience in Food industries or related skillsor equivalent.

• Food Handling, GMP, HACCP ,ISO or BRC

Industrial Background Preferred: Min 5 years’ working experience in Food Industries or related skills.

Working experience in manufacturing environment.

Prior experience in a leadership role in production or operations management is an advantage.

Proficient in using production management software or ERP systems.

Strong communication and ability to coach and guide the team to enhance their skills.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Shah Alam (Sek.7).

This position will work under Linaco Food Industries Sdn Bhd.
