Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Photo, Video, & Graphics)

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of completed projects, ensuring they align with the brand’s style.
  • Edit photos and videos for use across social media, the website, and marketing materials.
  • Create graphics and visual content that showcase design projects and communicate the company’s aesthetic.

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Showcase completed projects, client testimonials, and design tips to attract followers.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build a loyal online audience.

3. Property Listings Posting

  • Manage and update property listings on relevant platforms, showcasing designs in the best light.
  • Work with photographers or take photos and videos to highlight key property features.
  • Ensure all property listing details are accurate and up to date.

4. Digital Marketing & Ads

  • Run ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to attract potential clients.
  • Track ad performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics and ROI.
  • Optimize digital content for SEO to increase visibility in search engines.

5. Brand & Client Engagement

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.
  • Engage with followers, respond to client inquiries, and manage leads.
  • Collect and share client testimonials and project success stories.
