Manage sales and distribution of fresh and processed agri-products through retail, online and institutional channels.

Support product launches, sampling programs and trade promotions.

Monitor product performance, pricing and competitor activities.

Coordinate with production and packaging teams to ensure product availability and compliance with quality standards.

Maintain customer relationships and support account servicing activities.

Assist in developing marketing collaterals, product displays and digital campaigns.

Track and report on sales performance, stock movement and marketing ROI.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Food Science, Business Administration or related.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fresh and grocery market or in the sales/marketing of processed food or FMCG products.
• Good understanding of fresh product handling, grading and cold chain management.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is an advantage.
• Able to analyze market trends and translate insights into action.
• Good presentation preparation and proposal paper writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong proofreading and presentation abilities.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle sensitive information securely and maintain confidentiality, adhering to privacy and data protection protocols.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and resourcefully, with a pleasant personality.
• Able to work under pressure and capable to meet tight deadlines.
