A leading global services company in Penang seeks an Engagement Executive to lead marketing for on-site operations. The successful candidate will conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns while managing social media and creating compelling content. This role requires strong storytelling skills, experience in multiple sectors like education and food, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Lead tactical marketing for on‑site operations.
Support and execute a rolling 360 marketing calendar for our on‑site operations including but not limited to our corporate services, education and Pharma sites.
Conceptualise and execute key on‑site campaigns with the operations, Food and FM platform teams.
Manage and moderate the relevant social media pages, in conjunction with the communications stakeholders.
Create written content such as thought leadership articles, blogs, newsletters and press releases.
Create visual content such as social media content, infographics, posters and signages.
Support collateral and client pitch development, on‑site and online deployment of collateral and toolkits.
Work closely with head of marketing, operations, Food and FM Platform, communications to execute local, regional and global marketing programs in the cluster.
Ad hoc engagement on‑site when needed.
Written and verbal fluency in English combined with the skills to tell compelling stories through content.
Curious, passionate, innovative and driven to create lasting marketing impact onsite and offsite.
Strong working understanding of social marketing and appreciation of technology.
Ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive projects simultaneously without the support of a large team.
Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Ability to self‑motivate in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment.
Good judgement and understanding of audiences/personas.
Experience across sectors including education, facilities management and/or the food industry.
Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva and/or other design and video editing tools.
4‑5+ years experience in events/product marketing/branding in a relevant industry. Experience in core marketing would be an asset.
