Job summary
A technology support company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a candidate for a technical support role. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing end-user support, troubleshooting PCs, and resolving software-related issues. The ideal candidate should have a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, along with at least one year of relevant experience and effective communication skills in English and Malay. This role offers an opportunity to grow in a customer-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication).
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing end-user support, including troubleshooting PCs/laptops and application software.
- Providing Level 1 printing support for various issues.
- Escalating issues to the service team for on-site support.
Skills
Education
- Responsible for providing end-user support, including troubleshooting PCs/laptops, application software, printers, local and wide area networks, and other computer-related peripherals or software used by end users.
- Providing Level 1 printing support, such as checking for paper jams, monitoring toner levels, replacing toner waste, and escalating issues to the service team for on-site support.
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
