We are looking for a proactive Customer Account & Growth Executive to manage key customer accounts, support product updates, and help clients achieve long-term growth.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and working in a young, energetic team within the digital software solutions industry.

You will act as the main bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely updates, and strong performance across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Serve as the main point of contact via email and online platforms.
    • Ensure clients receive timely updates and proactive support.
  • Performance & Growth Management
    • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor client performance.
    • Provide suggestions and insights to help clients improve engagement and revenue.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
    • Reporting & Data Management
      • Use CRM tools to track client activity, product usage, and feedback.
      • Prepare reports and identify opportunities for account growth.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration
      • Share client insights with internal teams to enhance products and services.
      • Support business initiatives through proposals, presentations, and documentation.
    What We’re Looking For
    • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Customer Success roles.
    • Proficient in CRM systems and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • English proficiency is required. Fluent in Mandarin (essential for client communication). Cantonese is an advantage.
