Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated eCommerce Operations Specialist in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves supporting product listings for timely market delivery across various platforms including Lazada and Shopee. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have experience in eCommerce operations, coupled with strong organizational skills and fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. This position requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint along with a strong attention to detail.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support product listing execution to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and speed to market across e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain and update product listing images, check pricing, and promotional content across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
  • Ensure content accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines and commercial plans.
2. Purchase Order (PO) Management
  • Process daily POs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure PO alignment with campaign timelines and inventory.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PO-related issues with supply chain & logistic teams.
3. Product Listing Submission
  • Complete listing forms for new product launches and GWPs.
  • Ensure timely and complete submission ahead of campaign execution.
  • Coordinate go-live status to ensure readiness before campaign start.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in eCommerce operations, trade marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with livestream hosting and on-camera presentation.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.
