• At least 2 year of experience in a customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer support
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
