- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Support the team with ad‑hoc projects and other duties as required.
- Assist in HR duties such as payroll processing, leave management, and recruitment coordination.
- Provide front‑line customer service to clients and committees, acting as the first point of contact.
- Support senior management in meetings, reports, and presentations.
- Direct juniors to learn and grow. Ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Contribute to the implementation of office procedures and policies to ensure smooth operations.
- Diploma or Degree holders only.
- Experience 1‑2 years or above preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bookkeeping/Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Minute‑taking experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Any gender (Male or Female is ok).
