A leading management role in the food service industry based in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced professional to oversee daily operations. You will manage budgets, inventory, and lead a team to ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with health regulations. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of managerial experience in high-volume settings and be flexible to work on holidays and weekends.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow.
Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to company standards.
Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels are sufficient without excess waste.
Manage the outlet's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept within limits and maximizing profitability.
Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet team and customer‑facing employees.
Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.
Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members, ensuring they are well‑prepared to meet operational requirements.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff to promote development and improvement.
Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of morale and teamwork.
Ensure that customers receive prompt, professional, and courteous service at all times.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
Regularly check customer satisfaction levels, gathering feedback and acting on insights for continuous improvement.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective management, upselling techniques, and promotional strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local store promotions, events, and activities to attract and retain customers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management on achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations, including health and safety, food safety, and licensing requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the outlet, conducting regular audits and training staff on proper sanitation protocols.
Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring everything is in working order and adhering to health regulations.
Manage cash handling, sales reconciliation, and ensure proper accounting and reporting processes are followed.
Review financial reports regularly and identify areas for improvement in cost control and revenue generation.
Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and adhered to budget guidelines.
To adhere and enforce all Company’s policies and procedures.
Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
At least 3 years of managerial experience in the areas of operation field.
Working experience in high-volume, fast-paced, results‑oriented environments, multi‑unit management experience desired.
Willing to work on Public Holiday, Shifts and Weekend.
