As a Sports Registration Clerk at Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members and guests. This full‑time position is based at our resort located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, where you will be responsible for managing the registration and booking process for a variety of sports and leisure activities.

What you’ll be doing
  • Greet and assist members and guests with their sports and activity registration needs
  • Process booking requests and registrations for sports and leisure activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all registrations and bookings
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries and requests
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the resort
  • Ensuring adherence to company or organisational policies, procedures, and regulations during the registration process and when assigned from time to time by the Superior/Management.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the hospitality or sports and leisure industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, guests, and colleagues
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and schedules
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including booking and registration platforms
  • A friendly, polite, and helpful demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
