A self-storage provider is seeking a Customer Service, Senior Executive to join their team. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with unit selection, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained. We are a self‑storage operator in Singapore and Malaysia. In Malaysia, we operate 3 facilities in Glenmarie, Petaling Jaya, Sri Hartamas and Ampang
We are currently looking for Customer Service, Senior Executive to join our sales and operations support team to:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in‑person
Assist customers with unit selection, payments, and account management
Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and well‑maintained at all times
Achieve sales, payment collections, and customer satisfaction targets
Prepare and process customer license agreements accurately
Maintain proper documentation and prepare monthly reports for management
Conduct facility tours for potential clients and promote suitable storage solutions
Monitor and report on occupancy levels and customer feedback
Perform inventory checks and manage storage unit availability
Support marketing initiatives and promotions as required
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Country Manager
Embrace and support the adoption of new technologies such as CRM and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
We are looking for a team player who is:
Able to work 5½ days per week. As the role is quite active i.e. site inspections, travelling from site to site
Station at our Ampang site. Expected to be both mobile and flexible; travel various locations within the Klang Valley/Shah Alam/Petaling Jaya as and when needed
Energetic, proactive, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Independent yet highly customer‑focused and a strong team player
Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages & proficiency in local dialect is a big a plus)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred; candidates with 2+ years of experience in a similar role may be considered for a Senior Position
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms. Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zoho). You would have to be IT savvy!
From different industry or seeking a career switch from IT roles or Project Management would be considered. We welcome to consider candidates who are willing to learn and adaptable to our industry needs.
